Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cup Notes Seoul / Cup Notes City (the “Service”), operated by Cup Notes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 컵 노츠(이하 “당사”)가 운영하는 Cup Notes Seoul / Cup Notes City(이하 “서비스”)의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스에 접속하거나 이용하면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오.

The Service provides a map-based discovery experience for specialty coffee cafés in the Seoul area, including café profiles, bean and brewing information where contributors or operators provide it, photos, hours, and related features. Features may change over time. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or accuracy of third-party or user-submitted information.

서비스는 서울 지역 스페셜티 커피 카페를 지도 기반으로 탐색할 수 있게 하며, 기여자·운영자가 제공하는 경우 카페 프로필, 원두·추출 정보, 사진, 영업시간 등을 제공합니다. 기능은 변경될 수 있으며, 제3자 또는 사용자 제출 정보의 완전성·정확성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by law (e.g., 14 or older where applicable in Korea for certain services). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

이용자는 관할 지역에서 유효한 계약을 체결할 수 있어야 하며, 법령이 정한 최소 연령(대한민국에서 일부 서비스에 적용되는 만 14세 등)을 충족해야 합니다. 단체를 대신하여 이용하는 경우 해당 단체를 구속할 권한이 있음을 진술합니다.

Some features (such as saving favorites or contributing content) may require an account. You may sign in using a provider we support (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

즐겨찾기 저장·콘텐츠 기여 등 일부 기능은 계정이 필요할 수 있습니다. 당사가 지원하는 방식(예: Google)으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 계정 자격 증명의 보안과 계정 하의 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 무단 접근이 의심되면 당사에 알려 주십시오.

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; scrape or automate access in a way that overloads our systems without permission; upload malware; impersonate others; harass users or staff; submit false, misleading, or illegal content; or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

다음을 하지 않기로 동의합니다: 서비스 남용·방해, 허가 없는 과도한 스크래핑·자동화 접근, 악성코드 업로드, 타인 사칭, 이용자·운영자에 대한 괴롭힘, 허위·오해 소지·불법 콘텐츠 제출, 관련 법령 위반 이용. 위반 시 접근을 정지하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

Information about cafés may be submitted by users, operators, or administrators. You retain ownership of content you own, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or edit content that violates these Terms or our policies.

카페 정보는 사용자·운영자·관리자 등이 제출할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 보유하되, 서비스 운영·홍보에 필요한 범위에서 호스팅·표시·변형할 수 있는 비독점적 사용 허락을 부여합니다. 제출 콘텐츠에 대한 권리가 있고 제3자 권리를 침해하지 않음을 진술합니다. 약관·정책에 위배되는 콘텐츠는 삭제·수정할 수 있습니다.

The Service’s design, branding, software, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

서비스의 디자인, 브랜드, 소프트웨어 및 자체 자료는 당사 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 있습니다. 약관 또는 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 복제·개작·배포·2차적 저작물 작성을 할 수 없습니다.

The Service may integrate maps, sign-in, or other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

서비스는 지도, 로그인 등 제3자 서비스와 연동될 수 있으며, 해당 서비스의 약관·개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다. 제3자 서비스에 대해서는 당사가 책임지지 않습니다.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Café information may be incomplete or outdated; always verify details with venues directly.

서비스는 “있는 그대로”, “이용 가능한 범위에서” 제공되며, 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해 등에 대한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 카페 정보는 불완전하거나 오래될 수 있으니 방문 전 직접 확인하시기 바랍니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if the Service is free.

법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해 또는 이익·데이터·평판 상실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 서비스 관련 청구에 대한 당사의 총 책임은 (a) 청구 직전 12개월간 이용자가 당사에 지급한 금액 또는 (b) 유료가 아닌 경우 0원 중 더 큰 금액으로 제한됩니다.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용·이용자 콘텐츠·약관 위반으로 발생한 청구·손해·비용(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함)에 대해 당사를 면책·방어하기로 동의합니다.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

이용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 당사는 약관 위반이나 서비스·타인에 대한 해를 우려하는 행위에 대해 통지 여부와 관계없이 접근을 정지하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 성격상 존속해야 할 조항은 해지 후에도 유효합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise. Courts in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions of law.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 이용자 국가의 강행 규정이 우선하는 경우를 제외합니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 관할은 대한민국 법원에 따릅니다.

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 개정 약관을 본 페이지에 게시하고 “최종 수정일”을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 법령이 정한 바에 따라 고지합니다. 효력 발생 후에도 이용을 계속하면 법이 허용하는 범위에서 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.
